Tolsta Chaolais Beef and Tolsta Chaolais Mutton taste very good indeed!

In Tolsta Chaolais nobody is in a rush - and we do not rush our animals - our Sheep and Highland Cattle live out on the hills and moors, ranging far and foraging among the heather, living in a totally organic and truly unspoilt environment.

We believe that moving animals long distances is inhumane, it causes unnecessary stress to the animals and as a result spoils the meat.

All our meat is slaughtered on the island in the Autumn and delivered in time for Christmas.  The meat is vacuum packed and delivered to our customers by chiller van throughout mainland UK.
